Recently we ran into a problem with the org.springmodules.jsr94.rulesource.DefaultRuleSour ce class. We have since resolved this issue and would like to contribute the code back. How is this done?

Create an issue in JIRA and attach your patch file.

Make sure you file the issue under the Spring Modules project: http://opensource2.atlassian.com/projects/spring/browse/MOD.
