Hi All,
I started with springs 2 months back...and still I'm a newbie to springs.I'm lost with the scattered material spread around for springs. Pls someone suggest with only one guide that can solve many of my issues. I refer the spring reference docs ...but it has no examples. Moreover I'm not getting it clearly from the docs. Hours of googling and scanning of all the forums...offers me a tail of the mouse...But how abt the ELEPHANT.
Plsss...Plsss suggest me one good DOC or tutorial available online. or atleast suggest the best book available for SPRINGS especially the MVC part. I want something that has a clear explanation along with examples. Can anyone please suggest me with the apt one i'm in search of.
Will be happy ...as soon I recieve a reply.
Thanks a lot in advance.

I have never read a book on Spring, so I can't help you with a recommendation :)
When I learned, I worked through the (now relatively dated) Spring MVC Step by Step tutorial that's linked from the Spring site, and then tried to actually use it. I banged my head a lot, but eventually understood how it all worked. Reading the source code helps quite a bit, too.
If/when you do find something good, please post back.

The Spring reference is really good document to read. Maybe the samples could be a bit clearer.
I have read only one Spring related book "Pro Spring" (http://www.apress.com/book/bookDisplay.html?bID=405) when I was studying the Spring Framework (2+ years ago). Don't know have they updated the book since the book I read was based on the Spring 1.x version.

I ment the short examples inside Spring reference document, not full applications or tutorials.
